AFP Habitat Chile
AFP Habitat is a Chilean pension administrator that manages individual obligatory pension accounts, voluntary savings, and programmed withdrawal plans. It was established in 1981 and is headquartered in Santiago.The investment approach is led by Herman Granzow, who was appointed head of investment strategy in August 2024. Before AFP, he was a CIO at Santander Private Banking.
